Q.What is the estimated delivery time?

The order will be dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation. Our courier partners will deliver the order within 4-5 working days in metros and bigger cities. In case the location is remote may take longer.

 

Q.Do you have a COD facility ? What are the charges?

Yes, we do have COD in most of the areas , it is at a minimal charged of Rs. 40 in addition to the shipping charges.

 

Q. Do you deliver internationally?

Yes we deliver internationally, the shipping charges will be the actuals of what the courier partners charge us. (No return policy for international orders) .

 

Q.Do I get free shipping incase I please an order for a certain amount ?

Yes we do have free shipping incase you place an order of Rs.1500 or more .

 

Q. How do I track my order ?

E-mail containing your package tracking information will be sent after shipment. The tracking id can be tracked  through our website.

 

Q. Do you have a Replacement/ Return policy ?

Yes we do , below are the details :- 

Replacement Policy

We will replace the item only within 5 days of you receiving the order.

To get a replacement, email us your Order Number and the Reason for returning. Only after receiving our confirmation for the return, you are requested to send the item back to us. We will then arrange for the replacement of the item through our courier partner. The return courier responsibility and charges will be the customers.

Refund Policy

If the item sent for replacement is not available, we will try to give you best possible alternatives, but at the end choice of customer will be final.

To get a refund, email us your Order Number and the Reason for returning. Only after receiving our confirmation for the return and refund, you are requested to send the item back to us. We will then arrange for the replacement of the item through our courier partner. The return courier responsibility and charges will be the customers.
